Deze tickets zijn online te koop t/m 10 juli. Daarna zijn ze enkel aan de deur verkrijgbaar, waar betalen kan met gepast contant of via een QR code.
These tickets are available online until July 10th. After that, they are only available at the door where you can pay with exact cash or by QR code.
Een tijdloze ontmoeting
Hoe zou jij reageren als je plotseling in een heel ander tijdperk wakker zou worden? Je hoeft je dat niet langer af te vragen, want de Showcase, gepresenteerd door Les Précieuses Ridicules, laat je precies dat zien!
Ons verhaal volgt drie tijdreizigers die door mysterieuze omstandigheden allemaal in het heden zijn beland. Deze reizigers, elk afkomstig uit een ander tijdperk – rococo, regency en biedermeier – raken in gesprek en kunnen het niet laten om op te scheppen over de beste eigenschappen van de dansen uit hun eigen tijd. Ze vergelijken verschillende aspecten zoals complexiteit, mode en de gevoelens die deze dansen oproepen, allemaal om te zien wiens stijl de beste is.
Wat gebeurt er vervolgens? Kom naar de Showcase om het zelf te ontdekken! Je komt niet alleen meer te weten over onze tijdreizigers, maar je kunt ook deelnemen aan een workshop om zelf een dansje te leren!

Adres: Theaterzaal C, Heyendaalseweg 141 te Nijmegen. Het theater ligt in het Gymnasion gebouw van de Radboud Universiteit.
Tijd: 13.30 - 16.00 uur met tussendoor twee pauzes, bestaande uit een drinkpauze en een workshop. De ticket desk is open vanaf 12.30 uur en de deuren openen om 13.15 uur.
Bereikbaarheid en parkeren: verschillende bussen stoppen (bijna) voor de deur. Stap uit bij bushalte Gymnasion of Erasmusgebouw. Je fiets kun je kwijt onder of tegenover het Gymnasion. Een auto kun je het beste onder het Gymnasion zetten op parkeerplaats P7b of naast het Berchmanianum op P13. Op beide plaatsen sta je in het weekend gratis.
Wanneer je online een ticket koopt, staat het type niet op de downloadbare file, maar welk type je hebt gekocht is wel bekend aan de kassa. Twijfel je zelf, check dan je bestel- of verzendbevestiging even. Je hoeft de download overigens niet te kunnen tonen - deze is slechts bedoeld als een leuk aandenken. Inchecken gebeurt met je naam aan de kassa.

An (Un)timely Meeting
How would you react if you suddenly woke up in a completely different time period? You need not wonder any longer because the Showcase presented by Les Précieuses Ridicules will show you just that!
Our story follows three time travellers who have, due to mysterious circumstances, all wound up in the present day. These travellers, each from a different time period – Rococo, Regency, and Biedermeier – get to conversing and cannot help but boast about the best features of the dances of their time period. They compare various aspects like intricacy, fashion and feelings these dances evoke, all to see whose style is best.
What happens next? Come to the Showcase to find out for yourself! Not only will you find out more about our time travellers, you can also take part in a workshop to learn one of the dances yourself!

Address: Theatre Hall C, Heyendaalseweg 141 in Nijmegen. The theatre is located inside the Gymnasion building of Radboud University.
Time: 13:30 - 16:00 with two intermissions consisting of one drink break and one workshop. The ticket desk opens at 12:30 and the doors will open at 13:15.
Accessibility and parking: several buses stop (nearly) in front of the building. Get out at bus stop Gymnasion or Erasmusgebouw. If you are coming by bicycle, you can park it underneath or across from the Gymnasion building. Cars can best be parked underneath the Gymnasion in P7b or next to the Berchmanianum on P13. Parking is free on weekends.
When you buy a ticket online, the ticket type isn’t shown on the downloadable file, but the ticket office will know which type you’ve purchased. If you’re unsure, just check your order or dispatch confirmation. You don’t actually need to show the download – it’s simply meant as a nice keepsake. You’ll check in using your name at the ticket desk.
