Payment options

When you pay in the webshop, you can choose between the following payment methods:

  • iDEAL
  • Bancontact
  • Wire/bank transfer

If you choose to pay when you pick up your order, you can choose between the following methods:

  • Pay by Tikkie/payment request
  • The exact order amount in cash

Shipping

Shipping to NL

We send all our packages via PostNL, always with track&trace.

  • Parcels weighing 0gr (orders with tickets only): €0.-
  • Letterbox parcel up to 2kg: €4.25
  • Parcels up to 10kg: €5.95

Shipping to BE/DE

We send all our packages via PostNL, always with track&trace.

  • Parcels weighing 0gr (orders with tickets only): €0.-
  • Letterbox parcel up to 100gr: €5.90
  • Letterbox parcel between 101gr and 2kg: €9.90
  • Parcels up to 2kg: €11.-
  • Parcels between 2kg and 5kg: €19.50
  • Parcels between 5kg and 10kg 10kg: €25.-

 

Pick-up

We offer the option for you to pick up your physical* orders. This is only possible on Wednesday evenings during our regular dance classes, which is why you cannot pick up orders during school holidays. We only recommend the pick-up option to people who are members of LPR, as they come to dance class anyway.

*When you place an order containing tickets only, you don't have to pick these up. Your order confirmation counts as a valid ticket.

Delivery time

Physical orders that we have in stock get shipped with PostNL within a week after we receive your payment.

PRE-ORDER items only get shipped after the pre-order window closes and we have received all pre-order items. (Check the pre-order heading for more information.

Tickets don't get sent by mail. After you finish placing your order, you will receive a confirmation email: this counts as being (a) valid ticket(s).

Exchanges

Please check size charts and all product descriptions thoroughly before finalising your order.

Tickets

All ticket sales are final. They cannot be swapped or refunded.

Items (non-clothing)

If you receive a damaged or faulty product, we will replace it with no extra cost to you. Please let us know within 14 days of receiving your parcel that you wish to exchange your item(s).

Clothing

If you find your chosen size really doesn't fit you, it may be possible to exchange it for another size if and only if we happen to have your desired size in stock. However, since most of our clothing items are pre-order and we have them produced specifically for you, these count as bespoke products and are excluded from exchange and return policies. Always feel free to contact us at webshop@hofdansen.nl though, as we would like to try and find a suitable solution with you that will make us both happy.

Returns

Please check size charts and all product descriptions thoroughly before finalising your order.

Because most of our webshop products are either bespoke or tickets, you usually to not have the right to return your products if you simply don't want or like them after all.

If you have received a faulty or damaged product, we will of course take back your faulty item and replace it with a new one.

Pre-order items

Some merchandise items are marked "PRE-ORDER" in the product name. This usually happens with seasonal and limited-edition items. It means that we don't yet have the items in stock. Instead, you can order (and pay for) them during a pre-order window. The window will be listed on the product page. Only after the pre-order window closes, will we order all pre-ordered items in one go. This ensures we don't have anything produced that we don't sell and it also gives you a better price on the items ;)

We won't be able to predict exactly how long delivery takes for individual pre-order items, but most will be delivered between 2 and 4 weeks after pre-orders close.
