LPR in Cugnon!

Wekelijks wanen wij ons in de hofcultuur met de strikte etiquette en prachtige dansen. Een paar keer per jaar hebben we zelfs bals om onze prachtige kostuums te tonen. Deze vakantie heb je echter de kans om een week lang te wonen in luxe: geniet van Chateau Thermes de Cugnon, de landerijen eromheen, de privé spa-gelegenheden en natuurlijk het geweldige gezelschap. Pak die koffers maar in voor een zomerse vakantie en ons allereerste Strandballenbal!

 

Aanmelding compleet maken

Om je aanmelding volledig af te ronden, vragen wij je om dit Google Form ook nog even in te vullen. Daarmee regelen we alles van vervoer en voedsel tot kamerindeling en andere losse zaken.

Kies je voor betalen in 2 termijnen? 

Download dan altijd je reserveringsbewijs (zie "hoe werken e-tickets"): hier staat namelijk een link op naar de betalingsomgeving voor de tweede termijn. Deze moet op uiterlijk 30 april 2026 voldaan zijn, anders vervalt je ticket (zie "ticketvoorwaarden").

  • Inbegrepen: ontbijt, lunch en diner op het chateau (à la blokweekend); vervoer vanuit Nijmegen en terug*; toegang tot het Strandballenbal; toegang tot gratis workshops en activiteiten
  • NIET inbegrepen: toegang tot betaalde workshops, uitjes en activiteiten. Kaartjes hiervoor kun je later in het jaar kopen – je krijgt hier als vakantieganger vanzelf bericht over via de mail wanneer het zover is
  • Uitgebreide ticketvoorwaarden en huishoudelijke regels zijn van toepassing. Lees ze goed door onder "ticketvoorwaarden" voordat je een ticket koopt!

Strandballenbal

Op zaterdag 18 juli 2026 houden wij een mini bal: ons allereerste Strandballenbal! De dresscode hiervoor is bad/strandkleding en Hawaiiaanse shirts. Het kan oprecht niet te gek deze avond wat betreft creativitiet met de dresscode, dus leef je lekker uit!

 

Wil je niet mee op vakantie maar ben je toevallig wel in de buurt dat weekend? Dan kun je ook een los kaartje kopen voor alleen het Strandballenbal. In dat geval ben je de hele zaterdag welkom op het chateau terrein en in de spa, maar overnachten op het chateau is niet mogelijk. Eten en drinken krijg je wel van ons ;)

Extra activiteiten

Tijdens het weekend zullen er verschillende activiteiten en uitjes worden georganiseerd waar je aan mee kunt doen als je wilt. Sommige hiervan zullen een betaald ticket vragen terwijl andere gratis zullen zijn.

 

Er wordt momenteel nog aan dit extra programma gewerkt. Je kunt nu al een vakantie ticket kopen en later evt. extra activiteiten tickets afrekenen ;)

Hoe werken e-tickets?

Reserveringsbewijs nu

Na het voltooien van je bestelling ontvang je van noreply@jouwweb.nl een automatische bestelbevestiging in je mailbox. Onderaan die mail staat een linkje "bekijk je bestelling online". Klik op de link om een overzicht van je bestelling te bekijken en evt. een reserveringsbewijs voor je e-ticket(s) te downloaden. Dit is een algemeen reserveringsbewijs en telt niet als geldig ticket. De reden dat dit zo werkt, is dat wij tickets helaas niet automatisch op naam kunnen laten zetten met ons webshopsysteem, dus:

 

Je persoonsgebonden e-ticket(s) volgen later

Je krijgt ze binnen op het e-mailadres dat je tijdens het afrekenen hebt opgegeven. Een ticket op naam zetten is een handmatig proces voor ons en het kan tot 2 weken duren voordat je je ticket(s) binnen hebt. Wij hopen op je begrip en geduld. Natuurlijk krijg je al je e-tickets op tijd binnen voordat de activiteit plaatsvindt.

Het verzend- en contactadres voor deze e-tickets is lusco@hofdansen.nl. Whitelist dit adres evt. om te voorkomen dat je tickets in de spam folder belanden.

 

Souvenir ticket als bonus bestellen

Je hebt de optie om je persoonsgebonden e-ticket fysiek te laten drukken. Dit is absoluut niet nodig om toegang te krijgen tot de activiteit waar het ticket voor is: het is puur bedoeld als optioneel, fysiek aandenken om te bewaren en in later jaren nog een keertje naar te kijken. Super leuk als je graag fotoalbums of scrapbooks maakt bijvoorbeeld!

Als je kiest een souvenir ticket te bestellen, dan krijg je hem op de dag van de activiteit mee naar huis. Zo blijft hij mooi glad ;)

Ticketvoorwaarden

Onderstaande voorwaarden en huisregels zijn van toepassing. Als je een ticket koopt, ga je akkoord met al deze voorwaarden en huisregels.

Als minderjarige heb je tevens toestemming van een ouder of voogd nodig om mee te gaan op deze buitenlandreis. Kinderen onder de 15 hebben daarbovenop ook nog toestemming nodig van de LusCo en het LPR bestuur.

LPR in Cugnon!

Every week, we are immersed in court culture with its strict etiquette and magnificent dances. A few times a year, we even have balls to show off our beautiful ballgowns and costumes. This holiday, however, grab the chance to live in luxury for a week: enjoy Chateau Thermes de Cugnon, the surrounding estate, the private spa, and, of course, the wonderful company. So pack your bags for a nice summer holiday and our very first Beach Ball Ball!

 

Complete your registration

To complete your registration, we kindly request that you also fill in this Google Form. This will enable us to arrange everything from transportation and food to room allocation and other details.

Have you opted to pay in two instalments?

Please make sure to download your reservation confirmation (see “How do e-tickets work?”): it contains a link to the payment page for the second instalment. This must be paid by 30 April 2026 at the latest, otherwise your ticket will be rescinded (see “Ticket terms and conditions”).

Beach Ball Ball

On Saturday July 18th 2026, we will be holding a mini ball: our very first Beach Ball Ball! The dress code for this event is swimwear/beachwear and Hawaiian shirts. There are no limits to creativity with the dress code for this evening, so feel free to express yourself!

The ball will be held between 20:00 and 01:00 and you can 

 

Don't want to come on holiday but happen to be in the area that weekend? Then you can also buy a separate ticket for the Beach Ball Ball only. In that case, you are welcome to spend the whole Saturday on the chateau grounds and in its spa, but overnight stay at the chateau is not possible. Food and drinks will be provided by us though ;)

Extra activities

During the weekend, various activities and excursions will be organised that you can participate in if you wish. Some of these will require a paid ticket, while others will be free of charge.

 

This additional programme is still being workshopped. You can purchase a holiday ticket now and pay for any additional activity tickets later ;)

How do e-tickets work?

Reservation confirmation now

After completing your order, you will receive an automatic order confirmation from noreply@jouwweb.nl in your mailbox. At the bottom of that email, you will find a link saying “bekijk je bestelling online”. Click on the link to see an overview of your order and download a reservation confirmation for your e-ticket(s) if you wish. This is a general reservation confirmation and does not count as a valid e-ticket. The reason for this is that, unfortunately, we are unable to automatically register tickets in your name with our webshop system, so:

 

Your personalised e-ticket(s) follow later

You will receive them at the email address you provided during checkout. Registering a ticket in your name is a manual process for us and it can take up to 2 weeks before you receive your ticket(s). We hope for your understanding and patience. You will of course receive all your e-tickets on time before the activity takes place.

The sending and contact address for these e-tickets is lusco@hofdansen.nl. You may wish to whitelist this address to prevent your tickets from ending up in your spam folder.

 

Ordering a souvenir ticket as a bonus

You have the option to have your personal ticket printed physically. This is absolutely not necessary to gain access to the activity for which the ticket is intended: it is purely meant as an optional, physical memento to keep and look back on in later years. They are great to stick in photo albums or scrapbooks, for example!

If you choose to order a souvenir ticket, you will receive it on the day of the activity. That way, it’ll stay pristine ;)

As a minor, you also need permission from a parent or guardian to go on this holiday abroad. Children under the age of 15 also need permission from the LusCo and the LPR board on top of that in order to go.
