Reservation confirmation now
After completing your order, you will receive an automatic order confirmation from noreply@jouwweb.nl in your mailbox. At the bottom of that email, you will find a link saying “bekijk je bestelling online”. Click on the link to see an overview of your order and download a reservation confirmation for your e-ticket(s) if you wish. This is a general reservation confirmation and does not count as a valid e-ticket. The reason for this is that, unfortunately, we are unable to automatically register tickets in your name with our webshop system, so:
Your personalised e-ticket(s) follow later
You will receive them at the email address you provided during checkout. Registering a ticket in your name is a manual process for us and it can take up to 2 weeks before you receive your ticket(s). We hope for your understanding and patience. You will of course receive all your e-tickets on time before the activity takes place.
The sending and contact address for these e-tickets is lusco@hofdansen.nl. You may wish to whitelist this address to prevent your tickets from ending up in your spam folder.
Ordering a souvenir ticket as a bonus
You have the option to have your personal ticket printed physically. This is absolutely not necessary to gain access to the activity for which the ticket is intended: it is purely meant as an optional, physical memento to keep and look back on in later years. They are great to stick in photo albums or scrapbooks, for example!
If you choose to order a souvenir ticket, you will receive it on the day of the activity. That way, it’ll stay pristine ;)
