Voor wie is dit bal?

Na een rijk, veelzijdig en welbesteed leven, is na een moeilijke periode op 29 december 2024 Wim Evers overleden. Bij zijn uitvaart vonden veel dansers elkaar weer en ontstond het idee om een herinneringsbal te organiseren. Vanuit Les Précieuses Ridicules, Les Vieilles Ridicules, Aint’we sweet en Triomphe & Enchantement is een organisatiecomité opgestaan, dat eenieder die Wim Evers heeft gekend of door hem geïnspireerd is, uitnodigt om hem en de oude tijden te gedenken.

 

Ticketprijs en donaties

Een kaartje voor het herinneringsbal kost €15,-

Daarnaast mag je evt. nog extra doneren. Donaties worden gebruikt om de dag beter te kunnen verzorgen. Enig geld dat overblijft, gaat naar een goed doel waar Wim bij leven ook aan gaf.

Voorlopig programma

  • Aan het eind van de middag beginnen we met een workshop van de organiserende verenigingen
  • Met daarna een gezamenlijk diner (op eigen kosten*)
  • Gevolgd door een gelegenheid om een woordje te spreken
  • Waarna het herinneringsbal van start gaat

*Ook de drankjes van de hele avond zijn op eigen kosten

 

Dresscode

Kom in danskleding, evt. in de stijl van je eigen vereniging.

 

Hoe koop ik een kaartje?

Hoewel wij helpen in de organisatie van het herinneringsbal, verkoopt LPR deze tickets niet zelf; daarom hebben wij ze ook niet op voorraad en kun je ze niet bij ons afrekenen.

 

Je kunt t/m 27 augustus een ticket kopen/je anmelden door onderstaande stappen te volgen:

Whom is this ball for?

After a rich, versatile and well-spent life, Wim Evers finally passed away on 29 December 2024 after a difficult period of time. At his funeral, many of his dancing pals found each other again and the idea of organising a memorial ball in his honour was born. An organising committee arose from Les Précieuses Ridicules, Les Vieilles Ridicules, Aint'we sweet and Triomphe & Enchantement, who invite everyone who knew Wim Evers or was inspired by him to come and remember him and the good old times.

 

Ticket price and donations

A ticket to the memorial ball costs €15.-

If you are so inclined, you can donate a little extra. All donations will be used to enhance the day's experience. Any money that is left over at the end will be donated to a cause that Wim gave to during his life.

  • We will kick off at the end of the afternoon with a workshop by the associations who organised the ball
  • Followed by dinner together (at your own expense*)
  • And a moment to speak a few words
  • After which the memorial ball will start

*All drinks for the entire day are at your own expense as well

 

Dresscode

Please come in dancing attire and/or your association's style.

 

How do I buy a ticket?

Though we are a part of the organisation of this ball, we do not handle the ticket sales for it ourselves; we won't have them in stock and why you can't buy them from us directly.

 

You can buy a ticket until 27 August by following these steps:

  1. Wire €15.- (+ donation) to NL66INGB0002828710 in the name of Cecile van Aalst. Reference: "Herinneringsbal".
  2. Fill out the registration form below.
